Refund Policy

The short version: we offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. If something goes wrong after you subscribe, contact us and we'll make it right.

This Refund Policy describes when and how StorageAlly LLC ("we," "us") will issue refunds for subscriptions to the StorageAlly platform.


1. Free Trial

All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. You will not be charged anything during the trial period.

If you choose not to subscribe at the end of your trial, your account will move to read-only mode and no charge will be made.

2. Subscription Payments

After your trial ends and you add a payment method, you will be billed for your chosen plan (monthly or annual) at the start of each billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically.

All charges are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated automatically based on your location.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing settings. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period
  • You retain full access to the Service until the end of the period you've already paid for
  • No partial refund is issued for the unused portion of a billing period

4. Refunds We Will Issue

We will issue a full refund in the following situations:

  • You were charged due to a technical error on our end (duplicate charge, charge after cancellation, etc.)
  • You contact us within 48 hours of your first charge after the trial and the Service did not work as described
  • A significant outage or service disruption affected your account for more than 72 consecutive hours during a paid period

Refund requests must be submitted to support@storageally.ai within 30 days of the charge in question. We will review and respond within 3 business days.

5. Refunds We Do Not Issue

  • Partial refunds for unused time in a billing period after voluntary cancellation
  • Refunds for annual plans after the 48-hour window following initial charge
  • Refunds requested because you forgot to cancel before a renewal
  • Refunds for accounts suspended due to Terms of Service violations

If you're on an annual plan and cancel mid-year, we encourage you to reach out — we handle these situations case by case and try to be reasonable.

6. Founding Operator Pricing

Customers who signed up during our founding operator beta period may have locked-in pricing. This pricing is tied to your account and does not transfer. Refund terms are the same as standard subscriptions.

7. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
